  • Customer Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. DiamondTouch customer care representatives are here for you whenever you need them.

  • After normal business hours, the Customer Care line is answered by an auto-attendant, and calls are forwarded to the Customer Care Engineer on call. You receive a return call promptly, resolving your issues with minimal disruption to your business.

  • Redundant systems are in place to ensure that all calls are answered promptly 24 hours a day. You should never have to worry about how long it will take for your POS vendor to call you back with a resolution to your problem.

  • Most Customer Care calls are resolved on the first call, in less than 15 minutes. You have a business to run, and your POS system needs to be “up” all day, every day.

  • Customer Care Representatives have the ability to dial into customer systems to resolve issues directly and in the least amount of time.

  • During peak times, calls are screened and ranked according to the nature of the problem and the level of support. The most severe problems receive top priority.

Support Level Options

  • Platinum - This is our premium support plan. Customer Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also include a free "hot swap" program for computers and system components - ensuring the highest level of continuity in your POS system.

  • Gold - Our middle-tier Gold Support Plan provides 24 hour customer care, to ensure you are covered for issues that may occur during your busiest times, which normally occur outside "normal" business hours.

  • Silver - For those on a tighter budget, our Silver Support Plan provides Customer Care only during normal business hours, on a pay-per-call basis.
